In accordance with applicable law, you have a 14-day period from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without the need to provide any justification or pay any penalties.

β οΈ Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, clean, complete (including accessories, tags, original packaging), and within 14 days of your return request.
π Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item or shipping mistake).
In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label at no cost.
πΈ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
β οΈ No refund will be issued for items that are worn, washed, damaged, or incomplete.
β Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and customer safety reasons, some items cannot be returned or refunded:
